Ardagh Metal Packaging (AMP) is a leading global supplier of sustainable and infinitely recyclable metal beverage cans to brand owners globally. An operating business of sustainable packaging business Ardagh Group, AMP is a leading industry player across Europe, North America and Brazil with innovative production capabilities.
AMP operates 23 metal beverage can production facilities in nine countries, employing more than 6,000 people with sales of approximately $4.9bn in 2024.

How many people do you employ?
For rugby 205 employees across a five shift pattern and eight departments.
What are the key challenges you face regarding time & attendance, staff planning, and workforce management?
This is our first experience in working with a T&A System so it has been new to a lot of our colleagues. The only challenge has been to get everyone used to clocking in and out and booking their time off, and overtime, electronically rather than paper based.
What led you to look for a time & attendance system?
